Job Title: Auto Relocation Coordinator
Department: Auto Relocation
Reports To: Operations Manager
Location: Fully Remote
This position is fully remote; however, employment eligibility may depend on the state in which the candidate resides.

Role Summary

Auto Relocation & Logistics is seeking an experienced Auto Relocation Coordinator to manage the relocation process for automobiles and boats on behalf of our corporate clients and their employees. This position serves as the primary point of contact throughout the relocation process, ensuring a seamless customer experience through proactive communication, coordination, and problem resolution.

Auto Relocation & Logistics, LLC (ARL) delivers coordinated transportation solutions for vehicles and critical assets across North America. We manage relocations that require planning, control, and accountability—supporting corporate mobility programs, fleet relocations, and complex equipment moves alike.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the relocation process for automobiles and boats for the transferees of our corporate clients. Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for customers on all transportation-related matters.
  • Negotiate transport rates and coordinate shipment dates with service providers.
  • Provide policy counseling, program review, and ongoing communication throughout the relocation process.
  • Act as the main point of contact between transferees, corporate clients, and transportation providers.
  • Arrange accurate and timely order initiation.
  • Prepare accurate pricing quotations.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely and efficient movement.
  • Support overall customer satisfaction by providing responsive, client-focused service.
  • Work as an integral part of a team committed to delivering high-quality services while supporting contractual requirements and company margin and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and functions to ensure a successful customer experience.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings or presentations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity and working knowledge of Windows and networked systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and customer service databases.
  • Intermediate mathematical skills, including use of calculators, currency conversions, and weight and volume calculations.
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience, preferably within transportation, logistics, relocation, or a related field.
