Job description

Description
Monitors and coordinates the day-to-day operations of all revenue producing onsite marketplace activities, regarding maintenance, security, contractual obligations, entertainment, parking, custodial, landscaping, and all other aspects in a way that reflects PCC's standards of excellence.
Essential Functions:
  • Monitors Marketplace daily maintenance, security, parking (including zoned transportation), guest services, janitorial, landscaping, audio/ visual/ digital needs, and reports any issues to the appropriate PCC contacts.
  • Monitor all tenant needs regarding PCC facilities, processes, and procedures.
  • Monitors all on-site tenant locations for product quality and sales efforts.
  • Monitors and keeps informed of all products, services, and other general information of interest at on-site tenant locations.

Requirements
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the various activities and services provided at the Polynesian Cultural Center and excellent customer service skills.
  • Good health and be capable of a full range of body movement.
  • Able to speak, read and write in English.
  • Able to work with various cultures, customs and personalities.
  • Two years of sales and/or merchandising work experience.
  • Three years of outside related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have a AA Degree, high-school diploma, GED or equivalent and working knowledge of Business Administration, Marketing or Travel Management.

To Be Determined (19 Hours per week)
