  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Partner with operations and training teams to ensure a smooth transition for new drivers

Driver Engagement & Retention Support
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to support driver retention initiatives
  • Conduct follow-up check-ins with newly hired drivers during the onboarding period
