PCM Innovation is currently seeking a Talent Manager – Recruitment to support its growth and recruitment needs for internal teams and client project mandates.
Position Overview
The Talent Manager – Recruitment works closely with Account Managers to identify, attract, and select top talent aligned with client project requirements. This role is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through candidate presentation, while ensuring effective management of recruitment activities within Zoho Recruit.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition :
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, professional, and administrative positions.
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand project requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Prepare and publish job postings across various recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing through professional networks, talent databases, and recruitment tools.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing business needs.
Candidate Assessment and Qualification :
  • Screen applications and conduct candidate pre-screening interviews.
  • Assess candidates’ technical, professional, and behavioral competencies.
  • Present qualified candidates to Account Managers for consideration.
  • Conduct reference checks when required.
  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Systems and Data Management :
  • Utilize and maintain Zoho Recruit to effectively manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
  • Keep candidate records and mandate information current and accurate.
  • Ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and performance reports as required.
Continuous Improvement :
  • Participate in the improvement of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
  • Identify new methods and channels to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize talent acquisition practices.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of PCM Innovation’s employer brand.
Qualifications and Experience :
  • College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in a staffing, consulting, or professional services environment is considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho Recruit or significant experience with a similar ATS platform.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and professional recruitment platforms.
