Job Description
Specific responsibilities for the Senior Recruiting Associates include:
• Execution of searches in support of the Project Managers. The Senior Recruiting Associate is involved in each step of the executive search process including developing the position strategy, recruiting prospective candidates, guiding the interview process, qualifying and selecting short list candidates, and presenting candidates to clients.
• Outreach to the market to determine which candidates are the best fit for our clients.
• Provide guidance and strategy to the research team and communicate market intelligence as the search unfolds.
• Recruit and screen prospective candidates to qualify their skills and experience against the defined competencies for the search.
• Play a key role in conducting in-depth interviews and presenting candidates to the clients through in-person meetings and conference calls.
• Assist in client communications and relationship management.
• Manage candidate expectations throughout the search process.
• Maintain candidate relationships beyond the search and continue to build a network.
• Help ensure superior candidate and client experience throughout the course of a search.
• Maintain accurate and real-time updates in proprietary internal database.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a track record of success in a corporate recruiting, executive search or recruiting related organization. The Sr. Recruiting Associate will have a consultative approach and be adept at successfully solving executive recruiting assignments.
Specific required skills and experience include:
• Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work closely with project team but also independently. Must possess a client-centric, service oriented and team approach.
• Highly articulate. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with senior level executives, clients, and candidates.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the needs of the client and to translate those needs into a search strategy. Ability to grasp concepts quickly and think beyond traditional methods to exceed client's expectations.
• Proactive style, positive thinker, and collaborative approach. Tenacity, flexibility, and strong problem-solving orientation.
