Job description

We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a construction and contractor-focused organization in Denver, Colorado. This is a Contract position suited for a detail-oriented recruiter who can manage multiple openings, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring teams to keep searches moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and coordinating talent acquisition activities across the full recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts for assigned roles, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines by using direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify talent with relevant experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting activity with business priorities.
• Screen applicants to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit before advancing candidates through the interview process.
• Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and maintain consistent communication with both applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Use the applicant tracking system to document recruiting activity, update candidate records, and ensure process visibility and compliance.
• Support high-volume hiring demands by prioritizing requisitions effectively and keeping recruitment timelines on target.
