Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Denver, Colorado. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, particularly for operations roles. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, has a persuasive communication style, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is a hybrid role that will work out of the main office in the Central Park area of Denver.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with urgency, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize social media platforms, web-based job boards, career fairs, and college campuses to attract diverse talent
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, conduct outreach calls, pre-screen applicants, and leverage internal referrals
