We specialize in staffing in the areas of Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Aerospace & Defense, Administrative-Accounting-Finance, Call Center Operations, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Skilled Trades and Logistics. Staff Experts, LLC is currently seeking to fill several Recruiter positions. If you are interested, please email us your resume and someone will call to schedule an interview appointment. Duties/Responsibilities: -Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools. -Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. -Post job listings on various job boards. -Review applications and conduction initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate’s qualifications and experience. -Build, manage and maintain our applicant tracking (ATS) database. -Onboard new hires such as new hire paperwork, background checks, drug tests, etc. -Help candidates update their resumes. -Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments -Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads -Attend local job fairs, trade shows and professional networking events -Perform various customer service-related activities Requirements: -Ability to pass a 7-year Background Check (Required) Schedule: (8:00AM – 5:00PM) Monday-Friday Staff Experts, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
