Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

How you will be rewarded as our Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary, $60,000 - $68,000, based on experience, plus company-issued stock options.

  • PTO: 2 weeks plus fifteen holidays

As the sole Talent Acquisition Partner reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Management of the entire full life cycle recruitment process, from job advertising, sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manger experience. Average open requisitions may range from 5 – 20 positions a month.
  • Employer Branding actively promote Trinity's mission and culture to attract passionate and skilled candidates.
  • Innovative Sourcing and development of creative and effective strategies to attract top talent using social media, professional networks, referrals, and niche platforms.
  • Collaboration and partnering with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, delivering tailored talent solutions.
  • Enhancing Candidate / New Hire onboarding experience, managing HRIS setup, benefits enrollment, and pre-employment checks while ensuring clear and consistent communication with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Compliance Management ensuring recruiting and onboarding practices align with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Talent Systems Expertise with ATS platforms like Greenhouse to streamline recruiting processes, improve workflows, and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications and skills for our Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Minimum 4 + years of experience in the full life cycle recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Prior recruiting experience in the medical field, or air and ground logistics, is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with ATS platforms, Greenhouse experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with skills-based assessment tools highly preferred.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Problem-Solving - Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions to address talent acquisition challenges.
  • Attention to Detail - High level of accuracy in managing recruitment data, compliance documentation, and candidate interactions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work with interruptions, distractions, and changing priorities.
