Recruiter

Are you passionate about identifying and developing early career talent? We are seeking a motivated Campus Recruiter to build relationships with colleges and universities, attract top student talent, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internships and entry-level positions.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys networking, event planning, and creating a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to attract top student and recent graduate talent
  • Build relationships with universities, career centers, professors, and student organizations
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and other recruiting events
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for internship and entry-level opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruiting timelines
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Promote the company's employer brand through campus engagement and recruiting initiatives
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, with campus recruiting or early talent acquisition preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
