Location: South Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Seasonal Recruiting Specialist to support our recruiting team during a high-volume hiring period. This temporary position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and enjoys helping connect great people with great opportunities.

As a Seasonal Recruiting Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the recruiting process by screening applicants, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting our internal recruiting team with daily hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls, walk-ins and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Contact candidates by phone, text, and email to discuss employment opportunities.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting calendars.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.

  • Assist recruiters with candidate follow-up and onboarding tasks.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants throughout the hiring process.

  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives as needed.

  • Perform other administrative and recruiting-related duties assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
