Job description

The Recruiter serves as a senior talent acquisition professional responsible for full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws, affirmative action requirements, and Company policies. This position also provides Generalist support by assisting with employee lifecycle activities, policy administration, and other department tasks as needed. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to develop workforce strategies, improve hiring processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Talent Acquisition
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies.
* Develop sourcing strategies using multiple recruiting channels including LinkedIn, professional associations, referrals, staffing firms, military transition programs, and job boards.
* Conduct resume reviews and recruiter screenings.
* Coordinate candidate communications and interview feedback.
* Utilize the Company's approved compensation tools and established compensation framework to evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommended starting pay rates for candidates selected by the hiring manager.
* Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, government contracting, and affirmative action requirements.
* Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information. * Assist with documentation for internal and external audits.
* Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and improve candidate and employee experience.
* Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
* Build talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
* Represent the Company at recruiting events, career fairs, military hiring events, and networking opportunities.
* Drive and coordinate employee onboarding and conduct orientation activities.
* HR Generalist Support
* Support employee lifecycle transactions including offers, transfers, promotions, status changes, and separations.
* Assist with employee relation matters by gathering documentation and supporting investigations under HR leadership.
* Maintain personnel files and documentation.
* Assist with performance management administration.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
* Assist with department communication such as benefits communication and response to general employee inquiries.
* Assist with HR audits and compliance activities.
* Assist with HR reporting and workforce analytics.
* Support annual processes including performance reviews, open enrollment, compensation planning, and policy acknowledgments.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting.
* Minimum of two years of HR Generalist experience preferred.
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resource Information Systems.
SKILLS AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in the English language with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers at all levels.
* Excellent relationship-building abilities.
* Must demonstrate the ability to foster collaborative, cross functional, working relationships.
* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, and affirmative action requirements.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrate growth in evaluating candidates and understanding hiring needs.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities of a recruiter in daily work performance. * Must demonstrate safe and healthy workplace practices. * Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Must be able to travel within the US and internationally. * Must be able to work in an office environment. * Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and not be barred from any installation. * Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS * This position is performed in an office environment with standard lighting, noise levels, and climate conditions.
