Responsibilities
  • Understand customer requests and develop awardable proposals
  • Plan ROMs and customer presentations
  • Support development of quality new business
  • Manage end-to-end process from pre-proposal to negotiation and award
  • Lead proposal review meetings
  • Develop bid budgets and manage efforts
  • Maintain document control for all deliverables
  • Communicate with proposal and business unit leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Desired)
  • Shipley Associates Proposal Training/Certs (Desired)
  • 12+ years experience with proposal writing/management for Federal Government and DoD customers
  • Expert knowledge of industry practices
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance
  • Ability to create original content using interview and research techniques
