About the Roleย 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Operations Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operational activities acrossย the organization,ย with a focus on KPI tracking, timesheet coordination, and continuous process improvement. You willย assistย in collecting andย maintainingย data,ย monitoringย team inputs, and helping ensureย accurateย andย timelyย reporting.ย 

You will play a key role in supporting team operations by organizing workflows,ย identifyingย opportunities to improve efficiency, and helping build scalable processes as the team expands. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in contributing to a collaborative, high-performing project environment.

What You'll Do:
      • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support across multipleย service lines, helping teams stay organized, aligned, and on track.ย 

      • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking andย maintainingย key performance indicators (KPIs), compiling data, and supporting the creation of regular performance reports to provide visibility intoย team.ย 

      • Timesheet Coordination: Support timesheet tracking and validation by ensuringย timelyย submissions,ย maintainingย accurateย records, and following up with team members as needed to resolve discrepancies.ย 

      • Process Improvement:ย Identifyย opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes, and support the implementation of more efficient, scalable ways of working as the team grows.ย 

      • Team & Operations Support: Contribute to building a strong, well-coordinated team environment byย assistingย documentation and standardization of processes and tools.ย 

      • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members to support communication, share updates, and help ensure operational needs are met across projects.ย 

      • Data Management:ย Maintainย organized andย accurateย data and documentation to support reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts.ย 

      • Quality & Consistency: Help ensure consistent application of processes, attention to detail, andย high standardsย of quality across operations.ย

      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORย 

      • 1-4+ years of experience in project operations, project coordination, business operations, or a related support role, preferably within engineering, construction, or energy industries.ย 

      • Exposure to project environments such asย engineering,ย utility-scale solar, or similar industries is a plus, but notย required.ย 

      • Experience supporting KPI tracking, data management, reporting, or timesheet coordination preferred.ย 

      • Bachelor's degree inย Business,ย ย Communicationsย orย related fields.ย 

      • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.ย 

      • Skilled communicator who thrives on teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.ย
