About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Operations Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day operational activities across the organization, with a focus on KPI tracking, timesheet coordination, and continuous process improvement. You will assist in collecting and maintaining data, monitoring team inputs, and helping ensure accurate and timely reporting.
You will play a key role in supporting team operations by organizing workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and helping build scalable processes as the team expands. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in contributing to a collaborative, high-performing project environment.
What You'll Do:

      • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support across multiple service lines, helping teams stay organized, aligned, and on track.

      • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), compiling data, and supporting the creation of regular performance reports to provide visibility into team.

      • Timesheet Coordination: Support timesheet tracking and validation by ensuring timely submissions, maintaining accurate records, and following up with team members as needed to resolve discrepancies.

      • Team & Operations Support: Contribute to building a strong, well-coordinated team environment by assisting documentation and standardization of processes and tools.

      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
      • 1-4+ years of experience in project operations, project coordination, business operations, or a related support role, preferably within engineering, construction, or energy industries.

      • Exposure to project environments such as engineering, utility-scale solar, or similar industries is a plus, but not required.

      • Experience supporting KPI tracking, data management, reporting, or timesheet coordination preferred.
