On the client side, you will coordinate the day-to-day execution of projects, with an emphasis on Salesforce application initiatives, reporting to a Senior Project Manager, translating direction into action, driving deliverables forward, and serving as a clear point of contact for clients. On the company side, you will support operations and day-to-day business needs. We're looking for a versatile, self-directed person who thrives on variety and takes ownership across both delivery and operations.Client Delivery ResponsibilitiesExecution & Team Coordination
  • Take direction from the Senior Project Manager and ensure tasks are carried through to completion.
  • Track deliverables across the team, monitoring progress against timelines and flagging risks early.
  • Identify and remove blockers, escalating to the Senior PM when needed.
  • Help define and communicate priorities so the team stays focused on what matters most.
Client Communication
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely status updates.
  • Track down information from clients and stakeholders to keep work moving.
  • Translate client needs and feedback into actionable tasks for the team.
Project Support
  • Coordinate projects, including implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Maintain visibility into requirements, configuration work, testing, and release activities.
