Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

My client is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial construction projects across the Hudson Valley. This role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects are organized, well-coordinated, and progressing efficiently from start to finish.

This is a hands-on position with direct exposure to all aspects of commercial construction management, ideal for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project operations

• Assist with preparation and management of submittals, RFIs, and project documentation

• Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, scheduling, and material procurement

• Track project progress and maintain organized project records and logs

• Assist in managing project timelines and identifying potential delays or issues

• Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed

• Ensure project information is accurate, updated, and distributed appropriately
