Chimney Cricket is a full-service chimney, fireplace, and hearth company serving homeowners throughout the greater Philadelphia region. We specialize in inspection, service, restoration, installation, and masonry repair.
We are looking for a highly organized Project Operations Coordinator (POC) to help keep projects moving efficiently from approval through completion. Once a project is approved, this role helps guide it through scheduling, material coordination, documentation, and customer communication. The POC works closely with the Operations Manager and field technicians to ensure projects are organized, prepared, and executed smoothly.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination

The Project Operations Coordinator helps ensure projects move forward efficiently after sales approval. This includes coordinating scheduling, confirming project readiness, and maintaining communication between the office, technicians, and customers.

  • Coordinate project scheduling (inc project readiness and deposit collection)
  • Communicate project details/updates between sales, customers, and field teams

Project Administration

This role helps maintain accurate project documentation and ensures important operational details are organized and complete. Strong attention to detail helps support smooth project execution and billing.
