YOUR ROLE IN ACTION

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to field personnel and act as a liaison between corporate office and job sites

  • Promptly answer the phone, distribute incoming and outgoing mail, enter time into Heavy Jobs, order office supplies, set up and oversee FedEx/UPS shipments

  • Assist Field Supervision and corporate staff in collecting data on rental equipment, licensing for on-road vehicles, tracking "idling time" of equipment

  • Keys timecards and enters employee changes and equipment code updates into timecard software daily

  • Assistssite supervision with completing andsubmittingemployee documents & ensures employee orientation packets, training programs, and employee handbooks are in supply

TOOLS FOR THE JOB

  • One year experience in administration or equivalent combination of training and/or experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Able to passabackgroundcheck,drugand alcohol screen

  • Willingness to travel andrelocateto the jobsite (100% travel with no rotations)

Pay Range: $18.00- $26.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
