As an Administration Assistant at Foster + Partners, you'll play a key role in keeping our senior leadership and project teams running seamlessly, managing everything from complex diaries and international travel to meetings, communications and studio coordination. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role where your organisation, discretion and proactive mindset will make a real impact every day.
This role is ideal if you want to:

  • Build relationships across teams and work closely with senior stakeholders.
