Job Description Summary:
Operations Assistant oversee the daily operations and stewardship of the Office of Belonging & Inclusion suite. This role ensures the space remains organized, welcoming, and operationally efficient while supporting programs, events, and student engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
  • Open/close the suite and maintain consistent coverage
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of the space
  • Assist with room reservations, confirm bookings and correspond with guests
  • Greet visitors and serve as first point of contact
