Job Type: Contract (7-month)

Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Position Summary
Unison Systems is looking for a skilled Program Manager for our client located in Greenwood Village, CO. In this role, you will lead a collection of work - including epics, projects, and programs - while understanding the holistic business outcome to establish, organize, and direct individual projects within your domain. You will serve as a key liaison between departments such as IT, Digital Platforms, Customer Operations, and Sales Support, communicating program status, dependencies, and risks to relevant teams and leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and apply your program management expertise in a fast-paced wireless and digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality of one or more programs in alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain an understanding of how underlying project or program success factors relate to the broader program and drive business results.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on status, dependencies, risks, and accomplishments to ensure successful delivery of the entire solution.
  • Ensure technology requests, projects, and programs follow established technology governance policies and processes.
  • Assist with rationalization of the project and program portfolio.
  • Participate in the creation and communication of standardized Portfolio Management best practices and processes.
  • Advocate for process improvements and collaborate with other Digital Sales units.
  • Provide updates to the weekly Program Management dashboard for leadership.
  • Escalate and mitigate project and program risks to Digital Sales Leadership.
  • Work in conjunction with Product Managers and Solution Architects, ensuring they are involved in appropriate phases of the project or program.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience interfacing with Application Teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in Program Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Roadmap Creation, including Program Management Strategy.
  • Proficiency with Agile Tools & Methodologies.
  • Strong skills in Change Management, Communications Strategy, Delegation, and Prioritization.
  • Experience with Marketing Program Management.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a diplomatic, confident approach with peers and leadership.
  • Ability to establish rapport, define expectations, and gain commitment to project goals and deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently, and to make decisions and solve problems collaboratively while working under pressure.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and software applications.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, customers, and external personnel in person, on the phone, and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
  • 2+ years of Mobile Digital Marketing experience.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed in an office environment.
