Armstrong Teasdale is now accepting applications for dynamic 2Ls interested in corporate law to join our 2027 Summer Program in Denver. Our Summer Program offers law students the opportunity to gain real-world legal experience while being mentored by experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Job Overview
The Summer Program is designed to give you hands-on experience in the legal field while helping you expand your skills and explore different areas of law. You will be treated as a professional and entrusted with meaningful work, contributing to complex legal matters alongside attorneys who are passionate about mentoring and guiding you. In addition to valuable legal experience, you'll participate in specialized seminars on topics, including soft skills, the business of law firms, and legal industry trends.
Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with attorneys on challenging, high-impact legal matters
  • Engage in research, drafting memos, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Participate in client meetings, hearings, and case strategy sessions
