Our High Behavior Group Homes in Southern Indiana (Columbus, Elizabethtown, Scipio) is currently recruiting for a Residential Manager Coordinator!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises assigned staff.
  • Reports regularly to Residential Director progress of new staff, status of assignments, and level of program and client areas that need addressed. 
  • Responsible for the coordination and management of assigned group home(s).
  • Acts as a Mentor and oversees training of all new Managers and Team Leads. 
  • Completes skill refinement training for existing staff as needed.
  • Conducts training for new staff or other training as assigned. 
  • Conducts interviews and works with Human Resources on completing new hire paperwork and training including Residential Orientation and Client Specific Training. 
  • Is knowledgeable of and ensures compliance with ICF/MR regulations, State requirements, agency policies and procedures, Benchmark Personnel Manual, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Attends all scheduled staff meetings and chairs as needed. Attends client's meetings as assigned. 
  • Conducts quality assurance checks at the group homes as assigned.
  • Responds to on-call situations and varies schedule according to the needs of the individuals.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • Some college preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. 
  • Five (5) years management experience.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid.
