Program Assistant

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Assistant for the Center for Educational Innovation and Quality within the School of Nursing. The Program Assistant will provide administrative and program support for the Assistant Dean and Director of the Center for Educational Innovation & Quality (CEIQ). Responsible for the operational functions within the departments, prioritization of essential duties and responsibilities, and providing resolutions where applicable. Under direction, responsible for coordinating the administrative, fiscal, contractual, and regulatory for CEIQ.

Salary Details

Minimum Salary - 58953.000

Mid Range Salary - 70476.000

Maximum Salary - 83479.000

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years as an administrative assistant, program planning, program support, and/or related field Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Access, including database design and query skills, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Windows, common email programs, and browsers. Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. Must have excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements.
