Position Summary - Organization of events, meetings, and workshops. Coordinate any logistical issues. Purchase supplies, maintain accurate records, gather information, entering and verifying data, filing and sorting correspondence, answering phone (receive and screen incoming calls, answering questions or route to appropriate staff), and scheduling appointments. Edit drafts, documents, reports, memos, forms, and correspondences. Type materials, Filing and logging all correspondences in and out of the office. Coordination of staff and students' events, activities, and conferences. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to solve practical problems. Respond to inquiries from prospective students. Strong organizational, Interpersonal, time management and communication skills. Effective Communication and interaction with students and professionals. Enhanced abilities in critical thinking and problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, word-processing, databases, and the Internet. Proficiency with excel is a must. The ability to show initiative and to work independently, as well as with a team. Previous experience working in an office environment. Professional Appearance. Ability to efficiently prioritize.

Required Qualifications - A minimum of two years of college. A minimum of Five years' experience in administrative duties. Excellent computer and analytical skills Ability to perform daily clerical duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Maintain accurate records, data entry, and a strict level of confidence.

Preferred Qualifications - Ability to perform daily administrative duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficient with Excel. Strong communication skills.

Preferred Education/Experience - The Program Assistant position requires a minimum of one year of college with five years of experience in administrative work, excellent computer and analytical skills.
