Role Overview
The Business Process Analyst within Workplace Services plays a critical role in designing, standardizing, and implementing business processes across all pillars, including Campus Experience, Event & Conference Management, Office Services & Planning and Warehousing & Logistics. This position partners with stakeholders within Workplace Services to deliver consistent, efficient, and compliant operational practices supporting business goals and world-class workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and optimize business processes and procedures across all Workplace Services pillars, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Update, maintain and report out on key project plans
Map and analyze workflows including roles & responsibilities to identify efficiency opportunities, gaps, and process risks, recommending practical solutions for improvement and standardization.
Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure end-to-end process integration, collaborating with other Site Operations teams, third party suppliers and end users.
Lead process implementation activities—including training materials, communications and change management in partnership with key stakeholders and process owners
Monitor process performance and compliance, establishing and tracking key metrics, running regular audits, and recommending updates for continuous improvement.
Maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, and process maps using approved platforms and tools, ensuring all materials are inspection- and audit-ready.
Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and regulatory changes, incorporating innovations and improvements as appropriate.
Experience and Requirements:
1-5 years of workplace services experience or equivalent specialties experience required.
Additional experience is acceptable.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Business administration, facility management, hospitality management, or similar.
Proven experience in business process analysis, design, development, and implementation within facilities management, workplace services, corporate real estate, or a related environment; direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similarly regulated sector preferred.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end process mapping methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma) and demonstrated proficiency in digital modeling tools such as Visio, Bic or equivalent.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively facilitate workshops and drive successful cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, complex matrixed environment.
Proficiency with digital process modeling and documentation tools as well as the full MS Office Suite.
Minimum of 3 days a week onsite presence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting life sciences or high-compliance environments.
Familiarity with sustainability initiatives in workplace operations.
Desire to implement AI enabled tools as part of daily activities
