Location-Louisville, KY (REMOTE)
JD: Role Overview
  • Functional Consultant / SME who will lead the functional design, GE stakeholder engagement, and requirements alignment of the Salesforce Trade Promotions Management (TPM) implementation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translating business needs into scalable TPM solutions, aligning requirements with emerging industry trends driving transformation across planning, budgeting, execution, and analytics.
  • Lead functional workshops with GE Appliances stakeholders
  • Leverage L2–L5 TPM process mapping to refine requirements for TPM
  • Define and document business requirements, promotion workflows, and approval hierarchies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate Salesforce TPM configurations and integrations.
  • Document requirements for joint business planning with retail partners by leveraging collaborative dashboards and shared promotion calendars.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered scenario modeling, budget optimization, and real-time execution monitoring to improve process maturity for GE Appliances.
  • Support personalized promotions and omnichannel campaign management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Align TPM strategies with GE’s ESG goals, including sustainability-linked promotions and reporting.
  • Facilitate change management and training for end-users and business teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI metrics to continuously refine promotion strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Consumer Goods, or Retail; must have executed several projects in Trade Promotions.
  • Strong understanding of TPM lifecycle: planning, budgeting, execution, claims, and analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of integration requirements for a holistic TPM solution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Experience in consumer durables or appliance industry is a strong plus.
