  • Supports process improvement efforts designed to improve efficiency, decrease costs and improve quality of work.
  • Interview process subject matter experts (SMEs) and process owners to understand how their processes work.
  • Listen to needs of the business partner and consider those needs by asking probing questions until the real need is surfaced and understood.
  • Document information elicited using analytical tools and techniques such as spreadsheets, pareto charts and process maps.
  • Read and interpret process data and/or design measurement systems where they do not exist.
  • Identify and document opportunities for process automation (e.g. robotics); develop business case.
Skills & Experience:
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
  • Minimum of an Bachelors degree and 1 year of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Systems and process Mapping
  • Expertise with Miro, Visio, and Process Diagramming Software
  • Excellent Presentation & Communication of Data to Senior Leadership expereince
