  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working on the Instanda platform
Domain Expertise:
  • Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
  • Good understanding of Reinsurance and Workers' Compensation processes
  • Familiarity with the insurance product lifecycle and regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies:
Process Mapping & Analysis:
  • Strong expertise in process mapping and workflow analysis
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and Bizagi
  • Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
  • Ability to independently conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders
  • Strong skills in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience engaging effectively with both business and technical teams
