TemperPack is scaling fast. Processes that worked at our last stage won't carry us through the next. The Process Analyst is the person who fixes that — methodically, with data, and with an eye for what will actually stick.

Sitting within the Chief of Staff Office, this role partners with the PM, and functional leaders to identify where the business is losing time, money, or quality due to broken or missing processes — and then builds the solution. You're not a consultant who delivers a deck and leaves. You own connection and implementation.

We design and manufacture innovative, sustainable packaging components for cold-chain shipping of food and pharmaceutical products.  The markets we serve have an urgent need for disruptive, sustainable alternatives to replace the wide array of non-sustainable packaging materials conventionally used in the cold-chain such as Styrofoam coolers.  Our aspiration is to provide packaging solutions that customers and end-consumers feel great about using.

Essential Job Functions:

Process Discovery & Mapping

  • Conduct structured process audits across key business functions in partnership with PM and leaders
  • Build current-state and future-state process maps — clear, visual, and actionable
  • Identify root causes of inefficiency, breakdowns, and redundancy across the organization

Implementation & Change Management

  • Lead tool integration and connection in collaboration with PM
  • Create SOPs, playbooks, and training materials that make new processes stick
  • Track adoption and measure outcomes against baseline metrics post-implementation

Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with the Master Project Manager to flag process-related project risks
  • Build a process improvement roadmaps

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, management consulting, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills — you work with data, not just intuition
  • Experience with process mapping and project management tools
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent written communication — you can translate analysis into a clear narrative
  • Proven ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority
  • Experience in a scaling mid-market company preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus

Physical Requirements: (Used for Office environment)

  • Lift up to 15 pounds unassisted
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
