  • Role Summary: Overview Product Analyst supporting Business Process Analysis, vendor coordination, testing, and data-driven problem solving for Multifamily Loan Servicing.
  • Focus Areas: Understanding complex processes, analyzing system behavior, writing requirements, developing test cases, executing data investigations, and supporting production issues.
  • Key Strengths: Asking clarifying questions, synthesizing complexity, precise documentation, SQL-based analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Domain Knowledge: Multifamily Loan Servicing preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product & Process Analysis: Process Analysis Analyze Complex Multifamily Business Processes, system interactions, and data flows.

  • Quality Ownership: Ensure delivered product enhancements align with expected business outcomes. Vendor Collaboration (Moderate Interaction) Requirements Clarification Work with vendors to discuss requirements, data flows, and functional behavior.
  • Deliverable Review: Validate vendor deliverables for completeness and alignment with expectations. Readiness Support Assist in vendor readiness and rollout activities as needed.
  • Issue Investigation: Engage vendor teams during production issue triage and resolution.
  • Production Support Issue: Triage Investigate production issues using SQL, logs, and scenario reconstruction.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with technology and vendor teams to identify issues and corrective actions. Release Support Participate in release validation and post deployment checks.
  • Controls Alignment: Ensure operational and compliance-related controls remain intact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6+ years of Product Analysis or Business Analysis experience in complex operational or technical domains.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to break down complex topics, identify dependencies, and ask insightful questions.
  • Requirements Expertise: Proven experience writing high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
  • SQL Skills: Ability to write SQL queries for data analysis and issue investigation.
  • Technical Collaboration: Able to understand system logic sufficiently to work effectively with technical teams (no coding required).
  • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.
