Contract Length: 6 month

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for our business system, application and hardware requests. This role ensures that requests are being triaged in an accurate and timely manner, understanding the nature of the requests and their overall impact on enterprise architecture. You will be working closely to provide insights and feedback on requests and their potential business impact. You'll work with a cross-functional team to support review requests and Q&A, being asked to set meeting when necessary. You may be asked to help with high level system and data architectural diagrams when necessary. You'll also be asked to help in additional areas as needed.

Qualifications: Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes. Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills. Effective communication and team orientation. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Visio and Smartsheet a plus.
