  • Implement new distribution processes, tools, data standards, and distribution strategies to optimize inventory flow and improve delivery timelines
  • Manage distribution-related projects and processes, including performance tracking, process automation, and system enhancements
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen and Lean methodologies
  • Analyze demand fluctuations, cost trade-offs, supply chain data, and market conditions
  • Develop solutions using forecasting models and distribution analytics tools
  • Communicate with supply chain, procurement, IT, and external parties
  • Manage data, analyze performance, identify problems, and develop logistics management recommendations
  • Clarify and resolve complex business issues
  • Perform data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping, and problem analysis
  • Research and benchmark warehousing and transportation best practices
  • Interact with process owners and users to obtain feedback and verify performance

Requirements
