We are looking for a high-performing Business Analyst to partner with our Sales, Marketing, and Communications disciplines and provide hands-on management of several applications. The position provides a broad range of systems oversight, from operational performance and support to new technology integrations and systems integrations.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a single point of contact and facilitate solutions to meet business needs, including hands-on intranet changes and applications support for our marketing and sales teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between Client and third-party contractors to facilitate solutions.
  • Analyze the company's business processes, applications, architecture, and infrastructure to identify pain points, make recommendations, and facilitate the execution of said recommendations
  • Perform data analysis and process mapping to reveal process improvement opportunities and root causes. Review and summarization of data for decision-making and process improvement.
  • Communicate, collaborate and work with and between technology teams and other departments
  • Define and convert business requirements, processes, and designs into a comprehensive, robust, efficient, scalable, and stable solution.
  • Partner with Technology Managers to roll out new technology and processes to provide solutions to end users.
  • Resolve user system issues and escalate as needed.
  • Create process documentation, job aids, and training materials to support end-user experience.
  • Work with third-party vendors and internal project teams to develop best practices for standard use of systems.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, including initiation, planning/development, production/execution, monitors/controls, closing/post-release activities, ensuring project success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Strong data analysis skills, including skills to rapidly learn new data assets.
  • Business process skills, including process mapping, process management, project management, strategic thinking and change leadership.
  • A high degree of efficiency and proficiency in understanding business processes and reshaping processes while integrating new technology solutions.
  • Experience with end-user systems support. Including diagnosing, researching, and resolving end-user issues.
  • Ability to quickly learn systems purpose, process, and potential to provide a high level of systems support, long-term viability, and continual improvements.
  • Deep interest in technology and innovation and how it impacts the business.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills to isolate problems, recommend solutions, and implementation of solutions.
  • Experience leading system solution direction with an emphasis on business architecture, process reengineering, and long-term maintainability.
  • Excellent communication management; critical thinking abilities; oral, written, and graphic communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of leadership.
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Ability to travel as needed (~10%).
