  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process Analyst to join our team.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10 years or more of proven experience in business process analysis and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
