Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process Analyst to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting business processes across three divisions in our manufacturing pillar.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 10 years or more of proven experience in business process analysis and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions to gather requirements and understand current processes.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and document new business processes, including workflows, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Create process maps and flowcharts to visually represent processes.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on new processes.
