Strata-G Solutions has an opportunity for a full-time Pricing Analyst to join our team.

Seeking candidates with at least three years of hands-on pricing analysis experience in a manufacturing, distribution, government contracting, or commercial finance environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and compliant proposals in alignment with both company policies and customer specifications.

This position is fully on-site in Huntsville, AL.

In this role you will:

  • Leverage comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis and government pricing strategies to support complex business proposals.
  • Apply advanced pricing methodologies, including rate analysis, PTW, cost realism and reasonableness assessments, data-driven estimating, and Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs).
  • Develop and finalize cost narratives that align with RFP Section L requirements, clearly justifying pricing approaches and data.
  • Analyze RFP terms and conditions and actively participate in proposal and solicitation reviews.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop labor Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
  • Perform Price-to-Win (PTW) analyses and craft tailored pricing strategies for strategic bids.
  • Present pricing assumptions, financial summaries, and risk assessments to senior leadership ahead of proposal submissions.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of proposal data and documentation within the Proposal Management repository.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and engage professionally with leadership and colleagues.
  • Possess extensive expertise in government pricing strategies, cost and price analysis, and regulatory compliance with FAR and CAS.
  • Apply strong problem-solving abilities and advanced analytical thinking to complex challenges.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while thriving in dynamic, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
  • Consistently deliver accurate, fully compliant proposals, demonstrating a history of reliability and precision.
