Price-to-Win & Value-Based Pricing Analyst
The Opportunity:
Build and maintain detailed Price-to-Win (PTW) models that reflect solution design, delivery strategy, and competitor positioning. Partner with capture, finance, and solution teams to align pricing recommendations with technical differentiators and cost structures. Conduct competitor and market analyses to shape pricing strategies and assess risk. Quantify the value of innovation and process efficiencies to strengthen price positions. Lead PTW strategy sessions, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Develop pricing frameworks for new technologies across AI, software, and tech-enabled solutions. Apply value-based and outcomes-based pricing to link price with measurable customer or mission impact. Collaborate with product, market, and capture teams to align pricing with technical capabilities and go-to-market goals. Analyze markets and price elasticity to identify optimal price points and lifecycle strategies. Adapt pricing models across multiple technical domains and evolving architectures. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience in pricing analytics, financial analytics, Price-to-Win, product pricing, or market strategy analytics
  • Experience using Excel, Power BI, and AI-based analytics
  • Experience using data analytics tools and federal market intelligence systems such as BGov, GovWin, or SAM for competitive insights
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the mechanics of traditional government acquisition
  • Ability to apply forward-looking go-to-market and outcomes-based pricing models
  • Ability to translate technical and market insights into quantitative pricing recommendations
  • Ability to brief data, pricing, and financial analytics to leadership
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience in solution-based or value-based pricing for technical or mission-oriented offerings
  • Experience in product management
  • Experience in competitive intel analysis
  • Knowledge of AI- or ML-driven pricing models or cost estimation tools such as ACEIT, SEER, PRICE, or USCM
  • Knowledge of global or multi-market pricing strategies
  • Possession of excellent communication and executive presentation skills using PowerPoint and Word
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
