About the role
The Senior Manager Integrated Pricing is accountable for leading and executing all integrated fuels pricing activities across Retail and B2B channels within the assigned region. This role ensures cohesive management of integrated margin, connecting supply, trading, sales, and M&C teams to optimize integrated commercial outcomes, inclusive of TA trade-offs.
This role works across the value chain to drive both daily and strategic decision making. You will work across RPT (Trading, B2B, Supply), RS&M, and M&C to achieve these outcomes. Ensuring strong partnership and collaboration to enable the best integrated results for BP.
We are looking to fill 3 roles - The Senior Manager Integrated Pricing - West Coast role will be based at our Cherry Point, WA location. The Senior Manager Integrated Pricing - Midwest and the Senior Manager Integrated Pricing - East Coast roles will be based at our Chicago, IL location.
The West Coast role will lead a team that supports ARCO and B2B businesses on the West Coast and serve as the lead into M&C Retail senior leadership.
The Midwest role will lead a team that support the Thorntons, Branded Marketer, and B2B businesses in the Midwest and serve as the lead into B2B senior leadership.
The East Coast role will lead a team that supports the East Coast Direct, Branded Marketer, and B2B businesses on the East Coast and serve as the lead into EC Direct and Branded Marketer senior leadership
Accountabilities
  • Own end-to-end pricing performance for gasoline, diesel across all channels within region, driving integrated margin delivery.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and strategic pricing cycles.
  • Serve as the single regional interface to regional supply manager and MID leads.
  • Implement integrated pricing frameworks.
  • Partner with analytics and technology teams to deliver commercial outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and delegations.
  • Represent the region in integrated forums
  • Coach and develop analysts.

Requirements
  • Strong fuels pricing, supply, or commercial experience
  • Demonstrated integrated leadership experience across interfaces
  • Ability to integrate supply economics with channel strategy.
  • Advanced analytical fluency.

  • Experience influencing cross-functional partners.

How much do we pay (Base)? ($165000 - $236,000) *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
This position is eligible for US Benefits - Core. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 - 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
