Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Contracts & Pricing Analyst supports the Supply Chain organization by managing supplier contract administration, pricing maintenance, and cross-functional project coordination. This role is responsible for tracking contract renewals, facilitating contract execution, maintaining pricing systems, auditing distributor pricing data, and ensuring the timely resolution of pricing discrepancies. The Analyst serves as a key liaison among suppliers, distributors, internal stakeholders, and procurement teams to ensure that contractual and pricing information remains accurate, up to date, and compliant.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while driving accountability among stakeholders to meet deadlines and business requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
May perform any or all of the following duties:
  • Maintain and manage supplier contract repository, ensuring contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation are complete and up to date.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal timelines; proactively coordinate renewal activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate contract review and signature processes to ensure timely execution of agreements and amendments.
  • Track contract status and follow up with suppliers, procurement team members, legal partners, and business stakeholders to ensure completion of required actions.
  • Generate regular reporting on upcoming contract renewals, contract compliance, and execution status.
  • Maintain and update supplier pricing within company pricing systems, including weekly pricing updates and adjustments.
  • Audit pricing data to ensure accuracy and alignment with negotiated supplier agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies identified by distributors, suppliers, or internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate corrective actions when pricing errors occur, ensuring all affected parties are informed and updated.
  • Support pricing validation efforts related to new products, promotions, and contract changes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for pricing and contract-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to obtain required documentation, pricing files, and contract updates.
  • Escalate issues and drive resolution when supplier responses or deliverables are delayed.
  • Ensure communication and documentation are properly maintained throughout the contract and pricing lifecycle.
  • Support supply chain initiatives by coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track project milestones and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives related to contract management, pricing administration, and supplier compliance.
  • Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards to support supply chain operations.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES
  • Must possess approximately 2-4 years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field required.
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Experience working with supplier contracts, pricing systems, or distributor networks preferred.
  • Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), foodservice, retail, or consumer products industry is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to drive accountability among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with contract management systems, ERP platforms, or pricing management tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Restaurant Support Center that operates in a fast-paced setting with a high volume of activity and a deadline-driven environment. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Sitting for extended periods of time, using the telephone, typing, and/or operating a computer and/or mouse.
