Position: Practice Development Manager, Bilingual
Reports to: Director, Practice Development
Location: Miami, Florida, USA
Reporting to the Director, Practice Development Program, The Practice Development Manager, Bilingual will be instrumental in driving customer success by implementing strategic business plans, marketing initiatives, and consultative training to ensure new & existing accounts thrive. This role is ideal for a dynamic, relationship-driven professional with a strong background in aesthetics, marketing, and sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored launch plans, marketing strategies, and event support to drive client success.
  • Support new and high-risk accounts by implementing proven marketing strategies, while connecting clients with resources to bridge gaps and drive business growth.
  • Deliver targeted business and marketing training to optimize customer operations, client consultations, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales opportunities and consumable usage.
  • Monitor and analyze utilization reports, aligning marketing strategies with performance metrics.
  • Identify new opportunities for consumable growth, device upgrades, and additional purchases.
  • Regularly communicate with accounts through calls, video meetings, and email to ensure success and satisfaction.
  • Track and report KPIs in Salesforce to monitor account progress and achieve business goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Support special projects, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
We're looking for a bilingual positive, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and a proven background in aesthetic marketing and sales. Join our team and help our clients succeed!
Additional Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent educational background in business, marketing, or aesthetics field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, with a strong background in sales or marketing working directly with aesthetic practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems(Salesforce is a plus), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Expert, Excel)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, engage, and influence clients and crowds effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong Consulting Skills - Demonstrated experience in coaching clients on key business growth areas, such as operational efficiency, client retention strategies, and revenue-generating opportunities
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment with internal teams and customers.
  • Data-Driven Mindset - Ability to interpret utilization reports, KPIs, and sales data to advise clients on actionable strategies, optimize marketing efforts, and drive consistent practice growth.
  • Travel (50%-60% of time) primarily within in the Florida region.

Compensation:
  • Base salary range: $75,000 base + OTE 110K (commissions +bonus)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package starting on Day 1, covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match, among other benefits.
