Job description

We are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Rep in the North Huntingdon, PA area
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to personal lines insurance policies.
-Assist clients with the management of their insurance policies, including policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims processing.
-Support the sales team by generating quotes, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate insurance products to clients.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
-Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.
-Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance products, helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.
-Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support the overall goals of the company.
Requirements:
-Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
-Previous experience in personal lines insurance or a related field is preferred.
-Licensed insurance Agent - personal lines highly preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and time management abilities
-Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
