As an Insurance Account Manager, you'll be a trusted resource for clients throughout their insurance journey. You will:ย

What We're Looking Forย 
We're looking for an insurance professional who combines industry expertise with a passion for helping clients navigate important coverage decisions.ย  You'll be successful in this role if you:ย 
  • Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferredย 
  • Have at least two years of personal lines insurance account management experienceย 
  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, underwriting guidelines, and industry operationsย 
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship-building skillsย 
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with confidence and professionalismย 
  • Can analyze client needs, present coverage options, and recommend solutions that provide meaningful protectionย 
  • Have the ability to resolve complex customer issues with tact, urgency, and sound judgmentย 
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentย 
  • Are comfortable using agency management systems and other technology tools to support client service and account managementย
