Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.

Assist clients with policy changes, insurance questions, renewals, and billing inquiries.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the Agency Management System.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Stay updated on insurance products and company policies to provide informed support.

Cross-Selling and Selling.


Requirements

Property & Casualty Insurance License Required.

Life Insurance License Preferred.

Minimum 2 years of insurance experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using an Agency Management System.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

A friendly, positive, and patient demeanor.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
