Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from customers explain policyholder benefits
  • Process customer policy change requests
  • Take premium payments from customers
  • Generate insurance quotes
  • Maintain Current Retention of 98% by Re-Marketing/Re-Shopping Accounts, Re-writing accounts and performing Customer Saves when customers request to cancel
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity ask each customer for referrals/explain our referral program
