ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Patricia Johnson - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Explain & break down complex billing to customers.
  • Multitask between answering phone & toggling between multiple systems daily.
  • Responsible for completing all assigned tasks, emails & customer inquiries by end of each day. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active VA Property & Casualty License and willing to obtain VA Life/Health License
