Account Executive – Investor Lending (Remote)

LendingDeck is a fast-growing private lender specializing in financing solutions for residential real estate investors. We provide DSCR, Rental Loans, Fix & Flip financing, Bridge Loans, and other investment property loan products to investors across the country.

What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you will become a trusted financing advisor to real estate investors by helping them identify the right lending solutions for their investment goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors and referral partners

  • Generate new business through your network, referrals, marketing campaigns, and CRM opportunities

  • Structure and price investment property loans

  • Prepare loan scenarios, pre-approvals, and term sheets

  • Guide borrowers through the loan process from application through closing

  • Partner with our in-house processing team to ensure a smooth client experience

  • Maintain an active sales pipeline within our CRM

  • Develop repeat business and referral relationships that generate long-term growth

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is an experienced investment property loan originator who enjoys working with real estate investors and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience originating DSCR and/or Fix & Flip loans

  • Strong consultative sales skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with real estate investors

  • Experience with Bridge Loans or other business-purpose lending products

  • First-hand real estate investing experience

  • Proven production history originating investment property loans
