Job Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and self-motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. If you have a proven sales background but no prior insurance experience, that's perfectly finewe provide comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling various insurance products. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze client needs to recommend appropriate coverage options. The Insurance Agent will work both independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Duties

Lead Management: Handle both inbound and outbound leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Education: Educate clients on insurance products and coverages (Auto, Home, Life, etc.) as their trusted advisor.

Relationship Building: Actively build connections with clients to generate valuable referrals and opportunities for cross-selling.

Marketing & Outreach: Provide marketing support to promote insurance offerings within the community.

Sales Administration: Administer sales processes, including accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and record-keeping.
