We specialize in a wide range of insurance solutions and pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry and develop valuable administrative and customer service skills.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to support our team in day-to-day operations. You will get hands-on experience in the insurance industry as well as mentorship and training from experienced professionals. Potential for future employment opportunities. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, thrives under pressure, and is eager to grow professionally in a collaborative environment. We do offer flexible hours to accommodate class schedules (if applicable).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with client communications via phone, email, and in-person
  • Support insurance agents with administrative tasks, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing system
  • Help prepare insurance quotes and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Learn and assist with insurance software systems and CRM tools
  • Perform other office duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program
  • Willing to get insurance liscense. Study matierials provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
