Personal Lines Insurance Producer / Customer Support Representative
Office location – Huntingdon, PA
Our Client, a well-established, family-owned Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and professional Personal Lines Insurance Agent / CSR to join their team.

An Active PA License in Property and Casualty Insurance required.


Qualifications:

  • Current Property & Casualty License or if currently studying for this license test must hold upon hire date
  • Outstanding sales and customer service abilities - personal lines insurance experience highly preferred
  • Must be enthusiastic, confident, and self- motivated
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Proficient Mathematical abilities
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly via written and verbal communications
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet goals and deadlines
  • High School diploma or GED is required. Continuing education or college degree a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Focused on personal lines of insurance sale and service
  • Analyze the personal insurance needs of their clients to recommend suitable insurance products
  • Accounts management and provides customer service to their existing book of business while simultaneously marketing and prospecting new business, policy renewals, and organic growth
  • Assist customers in answering general insurance questions, quoting, and processing endorsements, renewal processing, writing policies, general CSR duties as needed
  • Input data and process paperwork via written and electronic communications

Schedule and Compensation Overview:

  • Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Salary or Hourly position based on experience level including commission and bonus structure
  • Eligible to earn paid time off
